NEED #5666 | Utilities for DV Survivor

WATAUGA | We are working with the local school system to help a mother who has recently escaped a domestic violence situation. She is bascially starting over and we would like to cover some of her utilities to make the transition to her new life easier for her and her children. We would like to cover one month's worth of electricity (estimated at around $400 on her flex pay account) and $43.41 toward her car insurance.
