NEED #5433 | Mouth Guard for Disabled Woman

AVERY | We are working with a disabled woman who is in need of a mouth guard to prevent further damage and pain to her teeth. Medicaid will not cover the cost of the mouth guard despite being deemed necessary to her health by her dentist. On a sliding scale the cost of the mouth guard is $250.
