Need #5408 | Internet for Remote Learning

WATAUGA | We are working with a family that has fallen behind on their internet bill due to reduced hours at work, and their child is currently unable to attend school. The school provided them with an internet hotspot that unfortunately does not work due to their location. The child has missed the entire first week of school, and the family needs to pay the past due amount of $250.94 in full before Spectrum will turn their internet back on. We would like to pay this bill for them ASAP so that the child can get back to school on Monday so they don't fall any further behind. Any help with this need would be appreciated. Thank you!
