Need #5400 | Electric Bill for Elderly Woman

We are working with the Department of Social Services to help an elderly woman pay off a large past due electric bill. This woman co-signed on a loan for her grandchild, who did not make any payments. In order to preserve her credit, she started paying off the loan, but did not have enough for her electric bill, which has been accumulating through the pandemic shut-off moratorium. She currently owes $731 in back payments, putting her at risk of being shutoff now that the moratorium has ended.
