IMMEDIATE HELP NEEDED

Hardworking 63 year old just had to park her unusable car and now is without electricity due to a rotted electrical pole and breakdown of the electrical box on her home. She can't get to work without a car and has no funds for the repairs. She has saved $1000 for a car, but there is an urgent need to repair the house and do the electrical work. There is a contractor willing to the work but it will be over $3000 total because the house must be fixed to support the electrical. She has done without electricity for refrigeration, cooking, water, toilet for over a week. This is a deserving person who needs immediate help to survive.
