NEED #6441 | Plumbing Bill for Elderly Woman

ASHE | We are working with High Country Community Health to assist an elderly woman cover a plumbing bill of $200 that she cannot afford. Her only income is from Social Security and while she is paying off other plumbing bills, the company will not allow her to add this expense to her payment plan.
