NEED #6043 | Eviction Prevention for Disabled Woman

WATAUGA | We are working with another local agency to prevent a local woman from being evicted. She is unable to work and waiting on approval of her disability in order to catch up on rent. Her landlord will be moving forward with eviction proceedings if we are unable to help her raise the $500 she still owes. We believe that this situation will be sustainable once disability checks begin coming in, and we would like to do all we can to keep her in her home in the meantime.
