NEED #5878 | Car Repair for Struggling Family

WATAUGA | We are currently assisting the Children's Council in helping a local family who has suffered a series of setbacks. Both of their cars have broken down and are in need of major repairs which they cannot afford. Both parents need vehicles to go to work. The father is currently relying on rides from co-workers and the mother is unable to work without transportation. Their children ride the bus, but they are unable to attend extracurricular activities. When it rains it pours, and we want to help this family get back on their feet and back on the road. The repair has been estimated at $819.57. We are pledging $410.07 from our High Country Transportation fund, meaning we need to raise an additional $409.50 to complete the repair.
