NEED #5841 | Mortgage Payment for COVID Patient

WATAUGA | We are working with social workers from the local school system to help a family that has fallen behind in their mortgage payments due to lost work and COVID quarantine. The mother was out of work for several months, and although she recently got a new job, she immediately had to be put in quarantine after contracting COVID-19. They are now several months behind in their payments, and are ineligible for many assistance programs because these programs only help with rent, not mortgage payments. We have pledged the maximum of $500 from our COVID-19 Emergency Relief Fund, and would like to raise an additional $500 to help this family get caught up on  their payments so they do not lose their home.
